- Can have little deco (sparkles, flowers, stars, etc) just specify if you want these
- Flags can be anything (ND, mental health, disabled pride, countries, orientation, xenogender) as long as they aren't problematic/harmful
(I can have up to 3 flags per icon)
- Backgrounds can be just a single color, gradient or a non detailed scene like the examples below, again, just specify if you want that!

Payments are through paypal, Ko-fi or Pix (for brazilians)

General T.O.S

  • You can pay either in the beggining or after i sent the first wip! Either way im not sending the finished product until im paid.

  • I don't do refunds

  • Please specify if you want an specific artstyle that I have! Otherwise I will go with the one I feel fits the most

  • You can edit the final piece if needed or ask for the file, just please don't claim the art as your own.

  • DO NOT use my art to feed AI or NFTS regardless if you payed for it. If you work with ai/nfts/crypto shit gtfo

  • I usually don't sign my pieces (Unless asked to)

  • I may use the commissioned art as examples and post them on twitter. If you don't want that please inform me before hand

  • I have a right to decline a commission for any reason

  • And that being said Im not willing to work with anyone that falls under my dni. Racists/Zoos/Pedos/Ableists/Trump supporters and Zionists are not welcome and neither anyone that is mad about this statement lol

Design T.O.S

  • Don't sell the character for more than they are worth for

  • You can change anything on the character: Design, species, gender, etc; Just please don't claim design ownership on them, regardless on how much you changed them (Adding yourself as an extra designer on toyhouse is okay!)

  • Don't make an closed/open species out of the designs I made, they are one-offs.

  • I sell the full rights of the character. You are allowed to use them for commercial use. The art that comes with them falls under my art T.O.S

  • Also please don't remove them from toyhouse or remove my credits.

ART T.O.S

  • If you commissioned it or bought a design with my art, you are allowed to make edits of the art as long as im still properly credited. Don't edit my art if you don't own it in some way its weird

  • This also includes designs I didn't make that have my art, you are free to do whatever you want with it if you are the current owner of the design lol, use as pfp, edit it, print it, etc. Again just dont break my T.O.S or remove my credits

  • Yes you can use fanart I do as pfp. I dont care. But Id rather my ocs to be asked first, as Im not comfortable with some of them being used as pfp by people I don't know !!

I will NOT draw:

  • NSFW, Suggestive or Fetish art

  • Extreme realistic gore. This is because I dont feel confident enough about drawing realistic organs. I am fine with blood and non realistic gore

  • Anything hateful or dehumanizing (Racism, homophobia, transphobia, etc)

  • Emulate another individual artist's style. Im fine with emulating a pop culture style (generic anime, carebears, LPS, etc) thought.
